The Sri Lanka Association of Administrative and Professional Secretaries [SLAAPS] Members’ Day 2022 was held at Ramada Hotel, Colombo on Sunday November 13th Which concluded with a resounding success.
SLAAPS is the only registered Association for Secretaries’ and Administrative Professionals’ in Sri Lanka and is affiliated to the Association of Secretaries and Administration Professionals in Asia Pacific
The highlight of the day was the awarding of the Member of the Year 2022 which was won by Mrs. Dilamani De Mel and President of SLAAPS Mrs. Azra Reyaldeen presented the award to Dilamini.
Apart from this, the members of the Executive Committee who had actively participated in all or most of the projects and events during the year.
The day’s programme included many activities, games, songs, and competitions. Prizes were presented to all the winners.
There were many stalls for members to do their shopping. It was a memorable day enjoyed by all present.
Vice President Ruchira Yapa Abeywardena, Secretary Gaynee De Alwis, Assistant Secretary Sanjeewani Fernando , Treasurer Nimmi Fernando, Assistant Treasurer Rebecca Vandor’t, Committee Members Thanuja Chandrasiri and Kumudu Mallawaarachchi were also present.
