Colombo Synergy Rugby Academy (CSRA) had organized Awards Night 2022 was held at the Sasakawa Hall, Colombo on Thursday December 29. It was held under the patronage of Chairman of the Academy Nazeem Ghaffoor.
CSRA is a private sports academy focusing to develop sports for the players has opportunities in their schools and Institution. Colombo Synergy Rugby Academy (CSRA) was inaugurated in March 2013 with the objective of developing skills of rugby players in the country. Also they conducted inter school and academy tournament in 2017 successfully.
The event was felicitate Rugby Legends Tony Amit, Ashoka Jayasena and Nilfer Ibrahim for their contribution to the rugby at this ceremony and received the awards from Retired Air Force Group Captain Nalin De Silva.
There are 18 students graduated at this event they completed first batch of rugby training and received certificates and awards from the chief guest former Sri Lankan Cricketer and a Captain Sanath Jayasuiriya.
Deputy Chairman of the Academy Irfan Lye proposed the vote thanks.
