Bixton Lighting has come forward to sponsorship the Zahira College Football throughout the year.
Bixton Lighting CEO Abdul Rahuman Zubair presented a sponsorship cheque to the Zahira College Principal Trizviiy Marikar at the press conference on Monday February 19. It was held at the College Ghaffoor Hall and also launched the Jersey at this event.
Football was introduced to Zahira nearly a century ago and Zahira has won every tournaments conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Football Association, Education Department and other Institutions. Zahira College Colombo one of the leading school football in Sri Lank and popularly known as King of Soccer.
Zahira has the reputation as the only school which has produced more National Players who has brought honour to the School and the Nation and Zahira produced large number of national football players and coaches in the last 100 years.
Zahira College is delighted to be associated with Bixton Lighting for their generous sponsorship for the year 2024.
Bixton Lighting General Manager D. R. S .Hettiarachchi, Prefects of Games M.Z.M. Farook, Zahira College Board of Governors Sports Committee Chairman Naina Mohamed, BOG Treasurer M.S.M. Niyas and Football Committee Chairman P.L. Rafeek were also present.
