The ZM Cricket Club had organized the third consecutive year achievers awards ceremony 2023 which was held at the JAIC Hilton Colombo recently.
The chief guest of the event Sri Lankan Cricketer Ajantha Mendis said this awards remembered the life of cricketers. We must believe ourselves , if you don’t believe in yourselves you can’t play . Also he said cricketers are not recognized and he praised best wishes for the ZM Cricket Club recognizing their members of the Club. He wished the players to become a national players in the future.
Best Captain Zaliq Mohamed, Best Batsman, Best Bowler and Player of the year Mohamed Rilwan received awards from Ajantha Mendis.
Founder and Captain of the Club Zaliq Mohamed presented the token of appreciation to Ajantha Mendis at this ceremony.
Cricket Club Coach Nawantha Rathnayake, Manager Iqbal Anwer and their Family members of the players were also present.
