Together with his vast knowledge of Indian cuisine and a penchant for creating authentic Bharat flavors, Chef Singh’s gastronomic innovations are set to captivate the local and international Indian cuisine lovers on every Thursday from 7.00 PM onwards at the Governor’s Restaurant of Mount Lavinia Hotel.
