Royal Institute Senior Staff Shehara Kanaka Halaldeen’s eighth publication “ My First Sinhala Activity Book “ was launched at Hassim Omar Foundation, Colpetty recently. Tower Hall Foundation Member of the Board of Directors Hassim Omar received first copy of book from author Shehara Halaladeen.
The author of book Shehara Halaldeen said this book based is on the curvy nature of sinhala letters. This book introduces many basic Sinhala characters. It is designed to develop the child’s fine motor skills and muscle development in sinhala letter writing. It includes many colourful illustrations and child friendly images. In addition it includes activities such as tracing patterns, drawing and colouring.
Ahasa Media Team Director Priyanga Badaranayake, Senior Journalist Rada Meda, Freelance Journalist Sameeha Zafeer, Shehara’s Student Rusundu Jayakody and family members of Shehara were received the books from author.
