Sahul Hameed Mohammed Sultan who was arrested and remanded in connection with the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks in 2019, was enlarged on bail on Friday.
The case was taken up before Colombo Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage.
Mohammed was released on a cash bail of Rs.50,000 and two sureties of Rs. 5 million each. The Magistrate also imposed a travel ban on him.
The suspect has been in remand custody for nearly two years.
